Good morning, my love. Come in, sit down, take a breath. Let’s pause together. Not to fix anything, not to rush into the week, but just to be.
✨ You are exactly where you need to be. ✨
I know that some days this feels impossible to believe. Some days, it feels like everything is spiralling, or you’re stuck, or you’re behind. Like you should have done more. Been more. Achieved more.
I’ve felt that, too.
These last few weeks have been a lot. There’s been this constant pull in a thousand directions—holding space for others, mentoring, showing up in my business, earning a living, trying to practice what I preach about self-care, all while dealing with personal things behind the scenes. It’s been exhausting at times. It’s felt heavy.
And even as someone who speaks about alignment, healing, and feminine power—I still have those moments where I think, Am I doing any of this right? Why does everything feel so much?
But then I remember something deeper than all of that surface chaos:
This moment, as messy and uncomfortable as it might feel, is part of it.
It’s part of the journey.
It’s not a failure.
It’s not a detour.
It’s not the wrong place to be.
It’s exactly where I need to be.
And wherever you are right now, it’s exactly where you need to be too.
Healing and Happiness Are Not Linear
We’ve all been sold this lie that healing is a straight line. That once you “figure it out” or reach a certain point, it all clicks into place and life flows effortlessly forevermore.
But real life doesn’t work like that. Healing is a spiral, a messy line that feels like its taking us on a wild goose chase. Growth is layered. And happiness is something we circle back to, not something we arrive at once and for all.
You’re allowed to wobble. You’re allowed to feel like you’ve gone backwards.
You're allowed to be human.
Because progress doesn’t always look like forward momentum.
Sometimes it looks like slowing down.
Sometimes it looks like falling apart a little, so you can rebuild with more softness and truth.
Sometimes it looks like lying under the covers, not moving for a day, and that’s still okay.
Even in your stillness, even in your shadow, you are still healing.
Your Shadow Isn’t the Enemy—It’s Part of Your Wisdom
The parts of you that you hide, the emotions you’d rather not feel, the mistakes, the shame, the grief—it’s all still you. And it’s all still valid.
Your shadow isn’t there to punish you or derail you. It’s there to show you where love still needs to be offered. Where tenderness needs to be given.
The days you feel overwhelmed? They’re asking you to slow down and come back to your body.
The moments of self-doubt? They’re showing you where you’ve still got stories to rewrite.
The resistance? It’s revealing where you’ve outgrown your old ways of being.
You don’t need to hide from those moments. They’re part of your unfolding.
They are not evidence that you’ve failed. They are evidence that you’re in it. And that means you’re growing.
How to Bring Yourself Back to the Light, Gently
You don’t need a massive transformation to feel better. You don’t need to have all the answers. You just need to come back to you.
So here are three gentle ways to find the light again—starting from exactly where you are:
1. Let Go of the Pressure to Be Somewhere Else
Take your hand to your heart, close your eyes, and whisper:
“Even here, I am enough.”
Let yourself soften into that. You’re not behind. You’re not lost.
You’re in a season, a chapter, a moment. And it will pass.
Try journaling:
What season of life am I in right now—emotionally, physically, spiritually?
What is this season here to teach me?
What would it feel like to stop rushing and just be with it?
2. Move What You’re Holding
When emotions sit in the body without release, they start to feel like blocks. But you can gently shift them. No force, no pressure. Just movement.
Somatic release suggestion:
Put on one piece of music that matches how you’re feeling. Not to escape the feeling—but to move with it. Let your body lead. You might sway, shake, cry, or stretch. There’s no right way.
When you allow emotion to move, it transforms.
3. Choose One Loving Act a Day
When everything feels like too much, come back to this one, simple question: What would feel kind right now?
Not what looks good. Not what’s impressive. Just wha tis kind.
That might be:
Making yourself a beautiful cup of tea and drinking it slowly.
Saying no to something you don’t have capacity for.
Putting your phone down and stepping outside for a moment.
Taking five deep breaths and placing your hand on your chest.
Every time you choose something small and kind, you’re planting seeds of healing.
And a Gentle Reminder for the Week Ahead:
Just because it feels hard doesn’t mean it’s wrong.
Just because it’s quiet doesn’t mean you’re not progressing.
Just because you feel stuck doesn’t mean you’re not growing.
You are not in the wrong place.
You are not broken.
You are not falling behind.
You are exactly where you need to be.
Right now. In this breath. In this moment.
